Homburg Invest Reports 2011 Year-End Financial Results

MONTREAL, Quebec, May 4, 2012 – Homburg Invest Inc. (NYSE Euronext Amsterdam: HII) (“Homburg Invest” or the “Company”) has released its financial results for the fourth quarter and twelve-month fiscal year ended December 31, 2011, which were prepared under International Financial Reporting Standards (“IFRS”) and filed on April 30, 2012. The financial statements and related documentation are available on the System for Electronic Document Analysis and Retrieval (SEDAR), at www.sedar.com.

Homburg Invest Inc.

Deze site is bedoeld om u te informeren over hoe Homburg Invest Inc. de bescherming tegen crediteuren volgens de Canadese Companies' Creditors Arrangement Act (“CCAA”) toepast.

Deze website zal regelmatig worden aangepast zodra nieuwe informatie beschikbaar is.

Wat is CCAA?

CCAA is niet hetzelfde als faillissement of surseance van betaling. CCAA houdt in dat Homburg Invest bij de Superior Court in Quebec een verzoek tot bescherming tegen crediteuren ingediend heeft, zodat de onderneming haar bedrijfsmatige en financiële zaken kan reorganiseren.

Op 9 september, 2011 heeft de rechtbank in Quebec Deloitte & Touche Inc. aangesteld als gerechtelijke Monitor om toezicht op de CCAA-procedure te houden.

Als Monitor heeft Deloitte & Touche Inc. een aparte website waar alle officiele documenten over de CCAA-procedure te vinden zijn. Ga naar de website van de Monitor.
